Ordering

How do I place an order?

The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your design file, dimensions, material choice, and quantity. Alternatively, use our Get Quote tool to get an instant price estimate, then confirm your order over WhatsApp. We'll walk you through every step.

Can I order just a single piece?

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. We happily cut a single personalised piece just as we cut bulk corporate orders. Per-unit cost is naturally higher on small runs, but we never turn down a single piece.

How long does it take from order to dispatch?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from order confirmation and payment. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee — just ask when you message us.

Can I make changes after placing an order?

Changes can be made before cutting begins. Once we have cut your piece, changes are not possible. We always send a digital proof for approval before cutting, so this is your opportunity to review everything carefully.

Files & Design

What file formats do you accept?

We prefer vector files for the cleanest, most accurate results:

  • DXF — ideal, used directly by the machine
  • SVG / AI / EPS — all accepted
  • PDF — accepted (vector PDF preferred)
  • PNG / JPG — accepted; we trace raster images for an additional small fee

If you only have a hand-drawn sketch or a photo of what you want, send it anyway — we can prepare the cut file for you.

Can I send a hand-drawn design?

Absolutely. Take a clear photo of your sketch and send it over WhatsApp. We'll convert it to a digital cut file and send you a proof to approve before we cut anything. A small vectorisation fee may apply for complex artwork.

Do you provide a digital proof before cutting?

Yes, always. We send a digital cut-path preview via WhatsApp for your approval before any material is cut. Cutting only begins once you have confirmed the proof — this protects both you and us.

Is there a minimum feature size or detail limit?

On thinner materials (≤ 1.5 mm) we can hold very fine detail — down to about 0.5 mm internal features. On thicker material the kerf (cut width) is wider and very intricate detail may not survive structurally. We will flag any concerns when we review your file and suggest adjustments if needed.

Materials & Products

What metals do you cut?
  • Mild steel (MS) — the most affordable option; great for indoor décor and structural pieces
  • Stainless steel (SS) — corrosion-resistant, clean finish; ideal for signage, gifts, and outdoor use
  • Galvanised steel (GI) — zinc-coated for extra rust protection; popular for outdoor architectural work
  • Aluminium — lightweight and modern; excellent for display panels and interior installations
What thicknesses are available?

Common thicknesses we stock and cut:

  • 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm — fine detail, lightweight pieces
  • 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm — structural décor, signage
  • 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm — heavy-duty, industrial, outdoor

Not all thicknesses are available in every material. Ask us to confirm availability for your project.

Do you cut non-metal materials like acrylic or wood?

Our machine is optimised for metal. We do not currently cut acrylic, wood, or other non-metal materials. If your project calls for mixed materials, we can cut the metal components and you can source acrylic or wood cuts elsewhere — we're happy to advise.

How large can a single piece be?

Our standard bed fits sheets up to 1500 mm × 3000 mm. Pieces larger than this can be cut in sections and joined. Contact us to discuss oversized requirements.

Do you do laser engraving as well as cutting?

Yes. We can engrave text, logos, or patterns onto metal surfaces — ideal for personalised gifts, name plates, and branding. Engraving can be combined with cutting in the same job. Just let us know what you need in your order message.

Pricing & Payment

How is the price calculated?

Price is based on four main factors:

  1. Material cost — type and thickness of sheet used
  2. Cutting time — determined by total cut length and design complexity
  3. Quantity — bulk orders receive a discount
  4. Finishing — deburring, painting, powder coating (if applicable)

Use our online quote tool to get an instant estimate, or send us your file for an exact price.

What payment methods do you accept?
  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash — instant mobile payments
  • Bank transfer — account details provided on invoice
  • Cash — accepted for local collection in Okara

We require a 50% advance before production begins on custom orders. The balance is due before dispatch.

Are delivery charges included in the quoted price?

No. Delivery charges are calculated separately based on parcel weight and destination and are added to the final invoice. We will always tell you the delivery cost before you confirm.

Is there a rush order option?

Yes. We offer a 1–2 business day rush service subject to current workload. A rush surcharge applies. Message us on WhatsApp to check availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

Do bulk orders get a discount?

Yes. Per-unit cost drops significantly as quantity increases. Our quote tool automatically applies tiered discounts. For orders above 50 units or large corporate projects, contact us directly for a custom quote.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside Okara?

Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Whether you're in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or a smaller city, we can ship to you via courier.

Which couriers do you use?

We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier. Both provide parcel tracking. We'll share the tracking number with you as soon as your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?

Typically 1–3 business days for major cities, and 3–5 days for smaller towns, depending on the courier. Remote areas may take longer. We will always advise an estimated delivery date when we dispatch.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. Local customers in Okara are welcome to collect directly from our workshop. Arrange a collection time via WhatsApp — we'll have your order ready and packaged for you.

Quality & After-Sales

Will my piece have sharp edges?

Laser cutting naturally produces clean edges, but raw metal can still have micro-burrs along the cut line, especially on thicker material. We deburr and finish all edges as standard. If you need fully smooth, hand-finished edges — for example on a product people will handle frequently — just let us know and we'll quote accordingly.

Can you match a specific colour or finish?

We supply raw cut metal as standard. For painted or powder-coated finishes, we work with trusted local finishers and can arrange this as part of your order at an additional cost. Provide a RAL colour code or describe the finish you need and we will get a quote for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon arrival, then message us on WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. We package all metal pieces carefully to minimise transit damage, but couriers occasionally mishandle parcels — we take full responsibility when this happens.

What if the cut doesn't match what I approved?

If the piece deviates from the approved proof due to an error on our side, we will recut it at no charge. We take quality seriously — every order is checked against the proof before dispatch.

Do you handle corporate and bulk repeat orders?

Yes. We serve businesses ranging from small studios to large corporates. For repeat orders we store your cut files so reordering is a single message. We can also set up an ongoing supply arrangement with priority scheduling — ideal for event companies, gift suppliers, and signage businesses.

Still have a question?

We're real people, not bots. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply promptly — usually within the hour during business hours.
